My pico de gallo and guacamole recipes are done... they're ready. My plans to open and run a Mexican restaurant are really coming together nicely. Disregard the cheddar cheese on the chips above though, that was the white boy in me and won't be on the menu. You know what, Corona is out too. No Corona.
