My dad has a boat. He has always had a boat. To my memory, not all of the boats ran very well... but at least they floated. During my recent trip home, I spent some quality time with the old man on his most reliable vessel to date. We then shared fish stories and tall tales at the local pub. Ahh yes, the heartland!
